As Head of Satyameva Jayate International School, one of the best CBSE schools of Gujarat, she champions holistic education that nurtures creativity, values, and intellectual curiosity in children. Her leadership is preparing students to become confident, compassionate global citizens.

In her role as Director at ICECD (International Centre for Entrepreneurship & Career Development)—a UN-recognized Center of Excellence—she has led initiatives that empower entrepreneurs across India and over 52 countries, creating sustainable livelihoods and building community resilience. Her projects often focus on rural women’s entrepreneurship, integrating training, technology, and market access to create real economic change.

Shital Shah’s acting journey spans television, cinema, and theatre, marked by powerful performances and a deep connection with audiences. On television, she became a household name through over 20 prime-time shows, including her iconic role as fearless cop Ayesha Kapoor in Star Plus’s crime thriller Arjun, now streaming on Hotstar. Her film career includes 21 feature films across Hindi, Tamil, and Gujarati, where she has portrayed diverse roles with authenticity and depth. On stage, she toured internationally with veteran actor Paresh Rawal in the hit play Shaadi@Barbaadi.com, performing over 150 shows across the US, UK, Dubai, Singapore, and Thailand.

She has also been the face of several prominent national ad campaigns, bringing her versatility to leading brands. Her goal is to continue delivering work that resonates deeply while exploring characters that challenge and inspire through compelling, performance-driven roles in films, OTT series, and TVCs.

Shital’s transition from acting to directing was marked by a groundbreaking debut. Her first film as Writer–Director, Hu Tu Tu Tu – Aavi Ramat Ni Rutu, was both a commercial and critical success, running for 100 days in theatres and winning her three State Awards for Best Director, Best Actress, and Best Editor. This achievement positioned her as one of the pioneering women directors of new-age Gujarati cinema.

In 2016, she founded Limelight Pictures Film School, where she mentors aspiring actors and filmmakers, guiding them toward professional careers and instilling in them the creativity, and craft essential for success in the industry.

In 2017, she wrote and directed the Gujarati remake of the blockbuster Duniyadari, reaffirming her strength in adapting stories for regional audiences while preserving their universal appeal.

In 2022, Shital produced, directed, and starred in Saatham Aatham, a Gujarati feature film that further showcased her versatility as a multi-hyphenate creator capable of steering a project from concept to completion.

Beyond feature films, she has created over 100 short films, educational projects, corporate presentations, docudramas, and advertisements, using visual media as a bridge between creativity and meaningful messaging.

A trained Odissi and Kathak dancer, Shital’s artistry naturally flows into the visual realm. As a celebrated painter, her works have been exhibited across India and now grace private collections around the world. Each canvas carries her deep connection to culture, human emotion, and storytelling—threads that also weave through her performances and films.

Her journey in art is not just a reflection of the past but an ever-expanding vision for the future. As Creative Director of Hina’s Art Pavilion (HAP), Shital curates immersive art experiences that celebrate the breadth of creative expression—painting, handicrafts, sculpture, embroidery, photography, installations, and more. HAP stands as a platform for women artists, emerging talent, and traditional Indian art forms to thrive in contemporary contexts.

With several ambitious projects on the horizon, Shital’s work in the art world is set to scale new heights—transforming spaces into cultural experiences, nurturing artistic communities, and placing Indian creativity on the global stage. This is not just an artistic journey—it is an evolving legacy in the making.
